Responsibilities
- Perform floor care work such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, reconditioning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor care machines, including powered pressure washers on various structures (e.g., sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.).
- Fill and empty mop buckets; measure and mix chemicals.
- Conduct construction clean-up, including removing dust and debris during or after construction projects.
- Safely use and maintain basic personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.
- Operate a motor vehicle to assigned work locations.
- Complete and submit a ‘Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)’ packet within 90 days of employment as applicable for secret clearance.
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license required with ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ID) per the REAL ID Act.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
- Background check and E-Verify conducted for this position.
- Per government contract 2.7.2.6, satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship must be furnished to be admitted to the site of work.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking.
- Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
- Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Pay
$24.07 per hour with a 5% per hour shift differential.
Schedule
Full-time, swing shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm).
