We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Crew Member to join our growing team in St Johns, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations with proper labeling and tracking.
• Accurately pull, pack, and stage orders for internal departments or outbound distribution.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space at all times.
• Participate in cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and daily reconciliation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Report inventory discrepancies, product damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide support to other departments with material handling and logistics.
• Aid in implementing company policies and performance standards.
• Comply with all Planet 13 HR and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass Level 2 Florida State background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).

Starting Payrate

$16/hour

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to:

• Regularly stand, walk, lift, carry, and handle materials
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
• Operate warehouse equipment safely

Work Environment

- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels

• Occasional exposure to heat, dust, and cannabis products
• May involve exposure to cannabis odors or smoke, which are Schedule I substances under federal law
