Floor Care Technician - VR Business Services

Vision Resources of Central Pennsylvania (VROCP) is seeking Floor Care Technicians specializing in advanced floor surfaces, including carpet care, stripping, waxing, and heavy-duty floor restoration machinery.

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Operate custodial equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Collaborate with team members and report issues promptly
• Additional duties may be assigned or changed at any time with or without notice

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a janitorial or custodial role within commercial or industrial settings (a plus)
• Familiarity with custodial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and proper safety procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, walk, bend, reach, drive, and use a computer
