Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have work authorization
- Must be willing to pass multiple safety tests
- Must have an active driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Perform proper techniques of scheduled floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, scrubbed, buffed, stripped, refinished, waxed, or sealed
- Perform carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffers/burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment
- Spot cleaning of carpets as needed
- Extraction of liquids from carpet and treat areas appropriately
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
