Facility Technician
About the role
The Industrial Facilities Technician will maintain, service, remodel, install, and troubleshoot/repair production and facilities equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs, assisting in installations, and general repairs. Tasks also involve recognizing and mitigating potential safety hazards, driving lifts and forklifts, and operating in secure facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Read and understand technical documents
- Understand and comply with industrial EHS requirements and policies
- Participate in risk and hazard abatement
- Drive lifts, forklifts, and work in secure facilities
- Operate basic computer systems to use company's ERP system
- Train and mentor as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Some Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with SyteLine ERP systems is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and support company goals
- Organizational skills and adaptability to change

Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $21.01 - $27.98 per hour. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline and actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is onsite in Round Rock, TX.
