Job Summary
Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and preserve the appearance and condition of all floors throughout the facility.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience with floor care equipment is preferred.
- Education: High school or equivalent preferred but eight grade accepted.
- Req. Cert./ Registrations: Current Kansas driver’s license
Job Duties
- Dry mops floors.
- Operate floor scrubber.
- Shower scrubs and strips floors.
- Waxes floors.
- Buffs floors.
- Vacuums carpet.
- Cleans carpet.
- Assists in cleaning of emergency spills that are observed or requested.
- Checks and cleans floor equipment.
- Attends meetings as required.
- May be assigned to do any or all of the extra job tasks as listed for EVS Technician (job description can be reviewed)
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
