Floor Care Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks in patient rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and prevent the spread of infection
• Restock and maintain supplies of linens, toiletries, and other essentials
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for incoming patients
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to monitor and improve cleaning processes
• Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
