Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning and special projects as scheduled.
• Perform deep cleaning of commercial buildings and facilities.
• Report deficiencies and safety hazards to management for client notification.
• Take before-and-after photos of work and submit daily reports to the regional team.
• Handle construction cleanups, carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, buffing, and pressure washing.
• Conduct window cleaning, high-low dusting, and general office cleaning.
• Assist in training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
• Report hours to payroll.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Valid driver’s license (a company van will be provided).
• Flexibility with working hours; emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
