Responsibilities
- Oversight of general maintenance upkeep of the entire community
- Coordination with appropriate vendors for maintenance
- Performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician (e.g., repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and fixtures)
- Performing routine maintenance on building systems
- Preparing rooms for resident move-ins
- Maintaining Fire Inspection Book ensuring fire drills occur as required
- Maintaining facility log book (e.g., refrigerator temperature log, water temperature log)
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the building
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience managing maintenance for a similar facility, complex, etc. is preferred
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience is required
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
