We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company values, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! Our intention is to have employees who are passionate about making their personal mission statement come to life each day at work! Be it through providing healing, eradicating loneliness, contributing to efficiencies, streamlining processes, being dependable, sparking creativity or something else, the demonstration of HOW you do your job is just as important as WHAT you do in your job. Alongside our valued employees, we are making a difference throughout the state of Ohio in the lives of those that need healthcare or those embracing the next chapter of their lives. Sustained members of our team demonstrate accountable behavior and share our values of customer service, innovation, integrity, inclusion, financial stewardship, leadership and care." Then description of role: "The Floor Care Associate performs the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with company standards and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the retirement community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner." Then "Essential Activities And Tasks" with subcategories: Operations Management - 75% (list of tasks), Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management - 10% (list), Care Management and Service Delivery - 10% (list), Administration and Reporting - 5% (list). Then "Qualifications" heading with subpoints: "All other duties as assigned." then "Education High school diploma or equivalent required." "Experience One year experience in housekeeping preferred.Knowledge with care of various types of floors and the respective appropriate cleaning materials and equipment to use preferred." "Other Requirements Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language." Then "Working Conditions And Special Requirements" with bullet list of physical demands etc. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (intro + role description), "Responsibilities" (Essential Activities and Tasks), "Qualifications" (Education, Experience, Other Requirements), maybe "Working Conditions" could be part of Qualifications or separate? The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Working Conditions but we could include as part of Qualifications or maybe "Requirements". However they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Working Conditions is specific content, so we could create a section like "Working Conditions". But they didn't list that as example heading; but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." implies those are examples, not exclusive list. So we can add other headings if needed. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Working Conditions into Qualifications or Requirements. We have "Qualifications" heading already in posting. So we can keep that as a heading. Under Qualifications we have Education, Experience, Other Requirements. Also "All other duties as assigned." could be a note. We also have "Essential Activities And Tasks" which is basically responsibilities. So we can have a Responsibilities section. We have intro about company values and role description; could be About the role. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all tasks under each subcategory. We could flatten them into a single list under Responsibilities, or keep subheadings? The instruction says use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid subheadings inside list? Probably better to keep as a list with maybe subheadings as

or . But we must not invent headings not in posting. Could we include the subcategory headings as

inside the list? That might be okay. But we need to preserve all info. Let's think. We could output:

        About the role

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! Sustained members of our team demonstrate accountable behavior and share our values of customer service, innovation, integrity, inclusion, financial stewardship, leadership and care. The Floor Care Associate performs the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with company standards and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the retirement community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

        Responsibilities

        • Operations Management - 75%
          • Coordinates daily floor care services with nursing staff when performing routine floor care assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
          • Cleans all floors and baseboards by disinfecting, sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, waxing, buffing, etc.
          • Cleans carpets and carpeted stairways by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
          • Actively and consistently cleans spots and spills from carpet daily as needed and reports any floor care in need of shampooing, stripping, or refinishing to supervisor.
          • Ensures that an adequate supply of floor care supplies is maintained.
          • Dusts furniture, tables, window ledges, lights, beds, high pipes, and other dusting.
          • Empties, cleans, and replaces liners in waste cans daily.
          • Cleans, washes, and disinfects bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and floors, and polishes chrome bathroom fixtures.
          • Spot cleans all walls, doors, table tops, windows, floors, and registers.
          • Cleans vacant rooms as assigned.
          • Ensures that work/assignment areas are clean (i.e. cart, car, and/or closet for supplies) and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are in proper working order.
        • Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management - 10%
          • Reports any damage or repairs to facilities, supplies, or equipment needing done to the supervisor.
          • Willingly and consistently shares observations and insights of departmental operations that may improve quality and efficiencies of department.
          • Attends all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as scheduled or as directed.
        • Care Management and Service Delivery - 10%
          • Listens and responds to resident, client, and staff member needs.
          • Honors resident personal and property rights when performing housekeeping duties.
        • Administration and Reporting - 5%
          • Maintains current and accurate records through use of computers and/or other documentation in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
        But note: we have nested
          inside
        • . That's allowed but might be considered extra markup. The instruction: use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. This is okay. Alternatively we could flatten all tasks into a single list without subheadings, but we would lose the percentage breakdown. The percentages are substantive info; we should preserve them. Could embed them in the list item text. Simplify: each responsibility item includes the percentage as part of text. Eg: "Operations Management - 75%: Coordinates daily floor care services..." That would preserve info without nested lists. Thus:

            Responsibilities

            • Operations Management - 75%: Coordinates daily floor care services with nursing staff when performing routine floor care assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas; cleans all floors and baseboards by disinfecting, sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, waxing, buffing, etc.; cleans carpets and carpeted stairways by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting; actively and consistently cleans spots and spills from carpet daily as needed and reports any floor care in need of shampooing, stripping, or refinishing to supervisor; ensures that an adequate supply of floor care supplies is maintained; dusts furniture, tables, window ledges, lights, beds, high pipes, and other dusting; empties, cleans, and replaces liners in waste cans daily; cleans, washes, and disinfects bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and floors, and polishes chrome bathroom fixtures; spot cleans all walls, doors, table tops, windows, floors, and registers; cleans vacant rooms as assigned; ensures that work/assignment areas are clean (i.e. cart, car, and/or closet for supplies) and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are in proper working order.
            • Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management - 10%: Reports any damage or repairs to facilities, supplies, or equipment needing done to the supervisor; willingly and consistently shares observations and insights of departmental operations that may improve quality and efficiencies of department; attends all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as scheduled or as directed.
            • Care Management and Service Delivery - 10%: Listens and responds to resident, client, and staff member needs; honors resident personal and property rights when performing housekeeping duties.
            • Administration and Reporting - 5%: Maintains current and accurate records through use of computers and/or other documentation in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
That preserves all details. Now Qualifications section: we have Education, Experience, Other Requirements, plus "All other duties as assigned." (maybe a note). We'll create a list.
