About the role
VGO is seeking two Floor Attendants to join their team. Additionally, there is an Acting Drop Team position available.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with gaming equipment and services
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of gaming areas
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform cash handling duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Background check and drug screening required
