About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Floor Attendant, a vital role supporting daily operations and ensuring clients enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience at our wellness center.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist clients on the floor, and maintain an inviting, organized environment.
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure the floor is fully equipped with necessary products.
• Regularly inspect and clean common areas, treatment rooms, and waiting areas to maintain a pristine environment.
• Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.
• Help maintain and ensure the functionality of equipment and service areas.
• Support special events, promotions, or client appreciation days by preparing the space, coordinating materials, and providing additional on-the-floor assistance.
• Assist estheticians, medical staff, and therapists with setting up and breaking down rooms between appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is what matters most.
