About the role

The Floor Care Attendant at Great Wolf is crucial for maintaining the resort's atmosphere and guest standards. This position involves cleaning and maintaining flooring/carpet throughout the resort, including public areas, stairwells, and guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, spot removal, and carpet cleaning using approved equipment and supplies
• Carrying out pile lifting to meet resort standards
• Occasionally removing bodily fluids from carpets
• Reading and following Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals
• Reporting maintenance issues in public areas
• Communicating professionally and courteously with guests

Requirements

• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Desired: Prior experience with handling cleaning chemicals
• Desired: Excellent customer service skills

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to climb multiple flights of stairs daily
