ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains proper operation of slot equipment on the casino floor.
  • Makes rounds of the casino floor to assist guests with minor machine issues.
  • Handles machine payouts, fills, and jackpot payments.
  • Cleans bill validator jams, TITO jams, and replaces TITO paper.
  • Provides currency for slot machines and other gaming activities.
  • Verifies and reconciles large sums of money at the start and end of shifts.
  • Completes required casino forms and follows procedures for filling slots.
  • Maintains positive relationships with guests and employees.
  • Assists customers with questions about gaming rules and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules, and regulations.
  • Experience handling and managing large sums of money.
  • Knowledge of slot machine games and operations.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work skills.
  • Ability to work well with people and create a fun environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of recent and related gaming experience, preferably in slot operations.
  • Valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and crouching.
  • Lifting gaming equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Flexible work schedule with additional hours.
