ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains proper operation of slot equipment on the casino floor.
- Makes rounds of the casino floor to assist guests with minor machine issues.
- Handles machine payouts, fills, and jackpot payments.
- Cleans bill validator jams, TITO jams, and replaces TITO paper.
- Provides currency for slot machines and other gaming activities.
- Verifies and reconciles large sums of money at the start and end of shifts.
- Completes required casino forms and follows procedures for filling slots.
- Maintains positive relationships with guests and employees.
- Assists customers with questions about gaming rules and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules, and regulations.
- Experience handling and managing large sums of money.
- Knowledge of slot machine games and operations.
- Effective customer service and communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
- Problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work skills.
- Ability to work well with people and create a fun environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of recent and related gaming experience, preferably in slot operations.
- Valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and crouching.
- Lifting gaming equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule with additional hours.
