Room Attendant - Part-Time & Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the report/room assignment boards
• Ensure that the Housekeeping Closets and Carts are kept clean, organized, and stocked
• Clean, dust, sanitize, and stock all guest rooms (including bathrooms and kitchens in certain rooms) according to the standards and procedures of the Resort
• Strip rooms of trash and linen
• Made beds according to Resort standards
• Vacuum/mop floors
• Aid with deep cleaning
• Handle “do not disturb” rooms
• Provide stayover and turndown service as assigned
• Report any maintenance issues or lost items to Management
• Keep corridors clean, neat, and free of any debris
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Able to work independently and as a team member, guest service-oriented, highly attentive to details, careful, and thorough in completing tasks, able to maintain composure in difficult situations
• Education and Experience Required: Experience in a Housekeeping Department is preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time, ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds, some public areas of the Resort are outside; working in inclement weather is required
