What You'll Do

• Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude
• Perform routine teller transactions accurately and efficiently
• Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools
• Aid members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries
• Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions
• Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates
• Maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment
• Participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily within a designated region

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Previous customer service, retail, or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
