Floating Teller-Robertson County locations-

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly services to customers, involving receipt and payment of cash, and maintains accurate records of all transactions. Performs tasks of a basic to moderately complex nature. Promotes the Bank’s services, answers questions, and directs customers to the appropriate department for specialized services. Follows established policies and procedures in accordance with Bank and supervisor direction. Travels and works at all branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Promote the Bank’s services and cross-sell bank products using effective marketing techniques
• Answer customer questions and direct them to specialized departments as needed
• Adhere to established policies and procedures
• Work at various branch locations as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous teller or cashier experience preferred
• Basic communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft/Windows
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to enter numerical data on a computer with speed and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact positively with customers, co-workers, and management
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bank’s privacy policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. in coin or currency
• Bending and stooping required regularly
• Required to keyboard and view LCD screen for extended time periods
