Position Overview

The position is primarily responsible for executing traditional consumer banking tasks for retail banking customers. The incumbent is expected to execute branch leads, manage customer transactions, and convert transactions into sales or referral leads while adhering to FNB policies and Core Values. The incumbent may work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Makes appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products & services into customer interactions using approved branch technology.
• Inputs and maintains effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB-approved branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Aids in the management of daily sales activity, assists with pre-shift sales huddles, and monitors and measures sales results.
• Completes operational duties of the branch as assigned, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Performs routine operational duties such as opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks adhere to current policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education and Experience

• High School or GED
• 1 year of job-related experience

Physical Requirements or Work Conditions

Frequent driving (car, van, truck).
