Position Overview
The position is primarily responsible for executing traditional consumer banking tasks for retail banking customers. The incumbent must execute branch leads, manage customer transactions, and convert transactions into sales or referral leads while adhering to FNB policies and Core Values. The incumbent may work at various locations within the market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promotes the sales process through sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
- Makes appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
- Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporates FNB digital products & services into customer interactions using FNB-approved branch technology.
- Inputs and maintains effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB-approved branch technology.
- Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Aids in the management of daily sales activity, assists with pre-shift sales huddles, and monitors and measures sales results.
- Completes operational duties of the branch as assigned by scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks performed adhere to the current policy and procedures.
- Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serves as a risk manager for their business by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risks they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School or GED
