About the role
Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Trainer and mentor for newly hired/promoted Residence Managers/Assistant Residence Managers/Relief Staff
- Supervises the orientation/training program for any assigned residences and relief staff
- Relief staff management and scheduling
- Utilizes training protocols and oversight to provide ongoing staff training/education/review within the Residential department
- Provides agency training as assigned
- Schedules in-service training for all relief and assigned staff and assures attendance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred OR 7 years supervisory experience in human services
