About the role
B Above Autism Services is hiring a Floating Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and communities. This role requires an RBT certification in good standing with at least 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Float between client assignments based on scheduling and clinical needs
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Scheduling, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Aid in approved indirect clinical duties when direct client services are unavailable
- Help ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care for children and families
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel throughout the designated service area
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
- A passion for providing exceptional care and supporting children with autism

Pay
- $23–$28 per hour
Schedule
- Available to accept assignments between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on agreed-upon workdays
- Your schedule will vary based on client and business needs
