Floating Porter / Groundskeeper

About the Role

Join our team as a Porter / Groundskeeper traveling between our apartment communities in Dallas, TX. You’ll help maintain the beauty and curb appeal across our portfolio, creating a lasting first impression for visitors and residents.

You’ll spend your day outdoors, playing a key role in keeping the community safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow into maintenance roles while being part of a supportive team where hard work is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Requirements

• Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive team player who takes pride in their work.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
