About the role
The Floating Neighborhood Administrator, also known as an SOS Neighborhood Administrator, is a member of the SOS Team. The SOS Team is responsible for floating management, leasing, and maintenance support across the entire residential portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage rent collections, review ledgers, process final account statements, and track invoices.
- Support the leasing team by qualifying future Neighbors, verifying applications, performing credit investigations, and creating associated documentation.
- Provide customer service by answering questions about policies and deposit charges, and assisting the leasing team.
- Guide Future Neighbors through the Ultimate Leasing Experience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is required.
- A strong background in customer service and a working knowledge of housing rental laws and ordinances.
- A passion for problem-solving and a desire to contribute to a long-term career journey.

Pay
The provided salary range is $25.25 to $36.50 per hour, with a discretionary annual bonus plan and other bonuses and incentives.
