Responsibilities
- Manage properties and ensure their maintenance and safety
- Handle tenant relations and lease agreements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve property performance
- Conduct financial analysis and budgeting
- Implement and enforce community policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
