Floating Maintenance Technician
Floating Service Technician position for the Preserve at Beckett Ridge, a 775-unit community.
Pay
- $22.00–$26.00/hour base pay
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- Up to 50% rent discount — live where you work
- Shared renewal commissions with property staff
- $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend
- $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)
If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
- 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
