Floating Financial Service Rep

About the role

The District Credit Union seeks a friendly and motivated Floating Financial Services Representative (FSR) to work between the Chambers and Hampden branches on-site. In this role you will welcome members, provide personalized service, open and service accounts, assist with loans, credit cards, certificates, IRAs, debit cards, online banking, and other financial products, identify relationship‑building opportunities, resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information while following credit‑union policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide a friendly, personalized experience
• Work between the Chambers and Hampden branches based on business needs
• Open and service accounts; assist members with account questions and changes
• Learn about members’ needs and recommend products and services that may benefit them
• Assist with loans, credit cards, certificates, IRAs, debit cards, online banking, and other financial services
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through appropriate referrals and recommendations
• Resolve member concerns and work with other departments when additional support is needed
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation
• Protect confidential member information and follow Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to branch service, relationship‑building, and sales goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 6 months of related experience; banking, financial services, retail, or customer service experience is helpful

$21.00‑$22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
