About This Role
Ready to elevate our member experience? The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate complex financial information clearly and warmly across face-to-face, phone, and written interactions to foster trust and build member loyalty.
- Executing Transactions With Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
- Availability to work Saturdays to support members when it’s most convenient for them.
- Ability to deliver a standout experience by understanding member needs and helping them reach their financial goals.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position involves typical office work, including the use of a PC, telephone, fax, and photocopy machines. The employee is required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
