About the role

Floating Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) are one of the primary points of contact for Scott Credit Union members. They engage with members who walk into the branch, over the phone, and through outbound calling efforts. FSRs educate members on the products and services Scott Credit Union offers and resolve any questions or issues that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, educate, present, and cross-sell Scott Credit Union products and services to new and existing members in accordance with the member engagement model.
  • Meet individual sales and operational goals while assisting the branch team in achieving branch goals.
  • Maintain cross-functional capabilities.
  • Process financial transitions for members, including opening and closing of accounts.
  • Input, review, negotiate, and close member loan application requests.
  • Process deposits and withdrawals from accounts.
  • Efficiently perform all teller duties, including opening and closing the teller terminal, accounting for cash, receiving, disbursing, and accurately balancing to the teller terminal close report.
  • Remit daily work to the appropriate supervisor for disposition.
  • Perform required OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screens as outlined in the Non-Member Verafin Processing policy and report any positive matches to the BSA Group.
  • Comply with BSA requirements by completing CTR and SAR forms.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with members.
  • Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
  • Investigate member concerns, research, and recommend resolutions.
  • Ensure meeting expectations with member service satisfaction results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office products.
