About the role
NakedMD is a leading medical aesthetics and med spa company dedicated to providing personalized, affordable beauty and wellness services across Northern California. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and business growth throughout our Northern California studios. The District Manager will drive performance, maintain professional relationships, and stay informed on industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all studio operations across multiple Northern California studios
- Travel frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with company standards
- Build rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional boundaries
- Apply business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and drive growth
- Stay current on medical spa services, products, and industry trends to inform business decisions
- Partner with the HR department and senior operations leadership to implement company initiatives and support staff development
- Ability to take on new studios opening across Northern California
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment
- Experience managing multiple locations or sites at a district or multi-site level
- Hands-on experience with performance management using KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and average order value
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and booking systems, and EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel frequently between studio locations across Northern California
Pay
$85,000–$100,000 salary + bonus eligible
