Floating District Manager

About the role

NakedMD is a leading medical aesthetics and med spa company dedicated to providing personalized, affordable beauty and wellness services across Northern California. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and business growth throughout our Northern California studios.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all studio operations across multiple Northern California studios
• Traveling frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams
• Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value
• Conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Building rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional boundaries
• Applying business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and drive growth
• Staying current on medical spa services, products, and industry trends to inform business decisions
• Partnering with the HR department and senior operations leadership to implement company initiatives and support staff development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment
• Experience managing multiple locations or sites at a district or multi-site level
• Hands-on experience with performance management using KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and average order value
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and booking systems, and EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends
• Experience partnering with senior operations leadership
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel frequently between studio locations across Northern California
• Ability to take on new studios opening across Northern California

Pay

$85,000–$100,000 salary + bonus eligible
