Floating District Manager

About the role

NakedMD is a leading medical aesthetics and med spa company dedicated to providing personalized, affordable beauty and wellness services across our East Coast market. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and business growth throughout our East Coast studios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all studio operations across multiple East Coast studios
• Travel frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with company standards
• Build rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional boundaries
• Apply business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and drive growth
• Stay current on medical spa services, products, and industry trends to inform business decisions
• Partner with the HR department and senior operations leadership to implement company initiatives and support staff development
• Take on new studios opening across the East Coast

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment
• Experience managing multiple locations or sites at a district or multi-site level
• Hands-on experience with performance management using KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and average order value
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and booking systems, and EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel frequently between studio locations across the East Coast
