About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure timely and efficient service
• Manage tenant relations and resolve disputes
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall property management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management
• Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Property Manager will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
