As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the Houston, TX region. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.
Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Sales: Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, showcase community features and close leases, and deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
- Operations: Manage lease files and system updates, utilize Yardi software for leasing processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Marketing: Update social media and execute marketing tasks, and monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
- Leasing or real estate experience required.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Pay
Estimated Rate of Pay: $21.16 - $24.15. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
