Floating Community Leasing Associate

About the role

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities throughout the Boston, MA region, including communities in Chelsea, Peabury, Lawrence, Woburn, South Walpole, Milford, and Andover. Travel throughout the region is supported by a monthly auto allowance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Showcase community features and close leases.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
• Manage lease files and system updates.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Update social media and execute marketing tasks.
• Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year experience in customer service, sales, or retail is required.
• Leasing or real estate experience is preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

Pay

The estimated rate of pay for this position is $25.11 - $28.08 per hour. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location, and job complexity. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions, or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
