Floating Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA)

About the Role

We are seeking a floating Per-Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide therapy services in beautiful senior living communities, including assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. This position serves facilities located in Wiscasset and Brunswick.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation.
• Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work effectively in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Current COTA/OTA license or license eligibility to practice in the state of employment.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to varying schedules.
