About the role

We are hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA/OTA) to join pediatric outpatient clinics across Virginia. This is an in-person opportunity working with pediatric patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and candidate availability. Setting: In-Person Pediatric Clinic. Locations: Herndon, VA; Springfield, VA; Woodbridge, VA; Fredericksburg, VA; Manassas, VA; Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Assist pediatric patients with functional, developmental, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment activities and therapy programs.
Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising OT and care team.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Create a positive and engaging therapeutic environment for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current Virginia OTA license.
Current COTA certification required.
Pediatric experience preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
TB test required.
