Full Time Floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA)

$5,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time floating Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position serving multiple senior living communities in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. Locations include Augusta, Waterville, and Hallowell, ME.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities, sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities, and home settings.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation.
• Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work effectively in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Current COTA license or license eligibility to practice in the state of employment.

Pay

$25/hr - $30/hr
