About the role

We currently have a full-time COTA opening at our skilled nursing facility in Kingsford, MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote recovery and independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Mi occupational therapy license required.
• Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree required.
