Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout West Chester, Glenmoore, Wilmington, DE, and Bel Air, MD. The role involves providing maintenance support across several apartment communities in southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, typically being assigned to one community for multiple weeks at a time before transitioning to another location as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Prepare empty homes for move‑in.
• Maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in snow removal and share on‑call shifts.
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service.

Pay

$26–$30 per hour, paid biweekly.
