About the role
Kid's Castle in Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time floater teacher to support all age groups, Infants-Prek.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activities that encourage each child's growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma OR GED.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
- Previous childcare experience and minimum Registry Level 3 strongly preferred.

Pay
$15-16/hr, based on education and experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, Full-time, 9am-6pm.
Location: 4211 Green Bay Rd., Kenosha
