Floater Preschool Teacher- All Ages

About the role

The Early Care & Education Floater Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing quality early childhood education to children from birth through age five. This role requires flexibility to travel between multiple locations within the North Richland Hills, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for all ages
• Provide individualized attention to each child’s unique needs
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance classroom activities
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss child progress and home activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) fingerprint clearance card
• At least one year of full-time teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use educational technology tools
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
