Preschool Floater Teacher

Role & Responsibilities

• Aid in classrooms with children from infants to 4 years old.
• (Includes diapering and potty training).
• Encourage students to engage in learning activities.
• Foster relationships with students and their families.
• Treat each child with respect.
• Ensure the health and safety of students.
• Enjoy conversations with children about various topics.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers to meet classroom ratios when staff members are absent.
• Show excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Be dependable.
• Offer guidance and support to children.
• Create a positive learning environment.
• Work within the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
• Be flexible.
