Floater/Breaker

About the role

MHS West Childcare/Preschool in Union Grove, WI is seeking a qualified Floater/Breaker to work with Mixed / All Ages in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

We are looking for a fun, loving, caring, helpful person who is great at team player. Ages will range from infant- 12 years old. We are willing to train and help get certifications that are required.

Responsibilities

• Track children
• Auxiliary teaching responsibilities
• Assist other teachers in planning activities for the classroom
• Change diapers
• Maintain cleanliness in classrooms
• Open communication with parents

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Nice to have: CPR, Assistant Teacher certification, Lead Teacher Certification, Infant and Toddler Certification, Level 3 on the Registry
