About The Role

The Variable Hour Floater plays a vital role in providing coverage for leaves of absence, last minute call outs and emergency work requested by the client, and filling vacancies when needed. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting
• Glass Cleaning
• Empty Trash
• Restock Paper Products
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs

• Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
