Learn & Grow Creative Arts Center LLC is an inclusive, secular school located in Hermitage, TN. We offer a creative curriculum with a focus on a STEAM-based academic approach, including ASL, art, dance, English language arts, geography, music, science, Spanish, outdoor exploration, and more.

Requirements

• Immediate hire with passing of a background check, completion of required online trainings, provision of 3 references, and a physical.
• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• Experience teaching in childcare centers and knowledge of DHS rules with at least one year of previous teaching experience preferred.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience working with children (infants-5 yrs old).
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Friendly and reliable personality.
• Certification / training in infant/child CPR.
