About This Role

Join The Noble Academy, Inc. in North Chesterfield, VA as a Floater working with Mixed / All Ages. The role calls for no formal credential — just relevant experience and offers $13.50 – $15.50/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a classroom setting, interacting with various age groups of children in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Be flexible and willing to work in any capacity required by the position, with a varied schedule that includes 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Drive a 15-passenger van, accompanied by young children, and maintain a spotless driving record with no major violations.

Requirements

• Pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check, and a Skin Tuberculosis test.
• Complete 24 hours of online training before commencing work.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.

Nice to Have

• Hold a Two-year college degree (not mandatory).
