About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician to support our Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Woodbury clinics—with the goal of transitioning permanently to the Woodbury location. Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively.
  • Preferred: BLS certification.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $22–23/hr; paid bi-weekly.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (8 hours a day).
