Float Teller - Full-Time
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "About Us" maybe not needed but could be considered About the role? Actually About Us is company culture; could be omitted as not required heading? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have content about company culture, mission, vision, values. That could go under About the role? But we already have Overview. Could combine Overview and About Us into About the role section. But we must not invent headings not in list. We can use About the role heading for overview/about us combined. That seems okay.
Responsibilities: we have paragraph.
Skills: we have list of skills and core competencies. Could treat as Skills section with list.
Qualifications: we have requirements for Teller I and III, education, drivers license, etc. Use Requirements heading? Actually we have Qualifications heading in list. We'll use
Qualifications
and put details.
Benefits: we have "fantastic healthcare, paid benefits, opportunities for professional advancement and work-life balance". Also maybe other benefits not listed. We'll put that.
Pay: we have minimum salary $17.50+/hr.
Schedule: we have ability to work extended evening and weekend hours and to travel to other locations to provide extended hours coverage.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands: we have physical demands list. Could be omitted if we already have Schedule covering some; but physical demands are separate. There's no heading for physical demands in allowed list. Could we incorporate into Schedule? Not ideal. Could we create a section "Working Conditions"? Not allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit everything into those. Physical demands could go under Schedule? Not really. Could go under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could go under About the role? Might be okay to include as prose. But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could include physical demands under About the role as additional prose. Or we could create a separate section but not allowed heading; maybe we can omit? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also use other headings? The examples are given, but not explicitly forbidden. However safer to stick to those headings. We can incorporate physical demands into About the role or Schedule.
Let's craft:
