Float Spa Team Member (Customer Service / Client Experience Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Check-in clients
• Set proper expectations of the Floating experience
• Explain the benefits of Floating and other relaxation services offered at East Coast Float Spa
• Clean the Spa and the Float Rooms
• Answer client inquiries in person, on the phone, on social media, or via email
• Sell various services and products
• Process payments and schedule services
• Answer the phone and promptly return any missed phone calls
• Open or close/lock up the Floatation Therapy Spa
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure procedures are followed correctly
