Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers.
- Provide psychoeducation to students and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Complete treatment plan reviews, outcome measures, and discharge documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case consultation.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement.
- Comply with HIPAA, FERPA, Medicaid, and agency policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Education/Experience: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline preferred. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families is preferred. School-based or community behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Ohio LSW or LPC required. Higher behavioral health licensure designation preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Work Environment: Primary work is performed in assigned school buildings with occasional travel.
